The Cougar Pride Fun Run was first reorganized as a senior project during the spring of 2006. Now with exciting changes happening with Memorial Day events in downtown Echo,the girl's basketball program is in the process of reorganizing fun runs to support Echo Athletics. Proceeds from this year's fun run event are hoped to build next year's races to a possible color run and/or a tough mudder competition. This year's participants should expect a casual race experience while celebrating everything about having cougar pride! Come participate and support our cougars and community in building a memorable local event!
Racers should meet at the Echo High School football/softball field to START and anticipate finishing downtown Echo on the main street.

Online registration is open until May 25th 11:59pm- $20.00 on-line fee for 5K.
Kids
mile on-line fee is $10.00.
On race day, registration increases by $5 each.

Kids Mile: All Ages
5K
Male/Female age groups:14-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70 & up
AWARDS
Certificates for participation will be issued for kids ages 13 and under for the kids mile. For the 5K, 1st, 2nd & 3rd will be presented with certificates at the completion of both races.
Due to new race management, we suggest to serious race competitors to keep your own official times. We are working on creating an accurate system for future races.
